Edgewood students and guild members Josh Feyen and Garrett Hughes are in the Social Innovation and Sustainability Leadership masters program. As part of the program, they recently returned from a two-week international engagement course in Peru. At our meeting, Josh and Garrett will share some of their experience, particularly a visit to guerrilla gardens in Arequipa, and the birthplace of potatoes in “Potato Park” outside Cusco.
