Herb Garden Gathering – Wed August 5 – Elecampane

Come out to the garden this Wednesday night to learn about Elecampane (Inula helenium) and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the garden. Elecampane is an expectorant helpful for respiratory issues among other attributes. There is available for harvest: lemon balm, mint, hyssop, yarrow, anise hyssop, and white sagebrush for making smudge sticks. You can dig up divisions of these plants too.
